About Abroad Leap
- Abroad Leap provides education and career consultancy for Ausbildung in Germany, higher studies, scholarships, German language guidance, work permit and internship assistance, visa documentation, and medical/skilled job pathways.
- We act solely as consultants/facilitators and are not affiliated with embassies, governments, universities, or employers unless stated in writing.
Eligibility
- You are 18+ or using services under parental/guardian supervision.
- All submitted information and documents are accurate and genuine.
- You will comply with immigration and academic regulations of the destination country.
- False or misleading submissions can lead to immediate termination without refund.
Scope of Services
- We provide guidance, documentation support, application assistance, and advisory services.
- Admission decisions rest with institutions; Ausbildung contracts are issued by employers.
- Visa approvals are at the discretion of embassies/consulates; jobs and internships depend on employer selection.
- We do not guarantee admission, visa, job placement, stipend, or scholarships.
Fees & Payment Terms
- Consultancy fees are payable as per the agreed plan.
- Government, visa, exam, blocked account, courier, and other third-party charges are separate.
- Payments may be non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement.
- Services may pause or terminate for delayed or incomplete payments.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide authentic, complete documentation and cooperate through applications, interviews, and visa steps.
- Meet language requirements where applicable (e.g., B1/B2 for Ausbildung).
- Attend scheduled interviews with institutions or employers.
- We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
Refund Policy Reference
- Refunds, if applicable, follow the separate Refund Policy or the signed service agreement.
- Visa rejection, admission denial, or employer non-selection does not by itself trigger refunds unless stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
- All website content (text, branding, logos, graphics, service descriptions) belongs to Abroad Leap and cannot be reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for visa rejections, admission refusals, employer contract cancellations, policy changes, embassy delays, or financial losses from third-party decisions.
- If liability is established, it is limited to the consultancy fee paid to Abroad Leap.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
- We may share necessary documents with universities, employers, embassies, government authorities, or financial institutions strictly for service delivery.
Third-Party Services
- Recommendations (blocked accounts, insurance, loans, accommodation, travel/forex) are delivered by third parties.
- Abroad Leap is not responsible for third-party quality, timelines, or policy changes.
Termination of Services
- We may terminate for fraudulent documents, term violations, non-payment, or misconduct toward staff.
- Clients may discontinue via written notice; any refund follows the signed agreement.
Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays from policy shifts, embassy closures, natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Indian law.
- Disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, India].
Amendments
- We may update Terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updates.
