How the Points System Works: Applicants must score a minimum of 6 points based on criteria including state-recognized degree or vocational training (up to 4 points), relevant work experience (2-3 points), German language skills (A2-B2 level, 1-3 points), English language skills (C1 level, 1 point), age under 35 (2 points), and prior legal stays in Germany (1 point).
