1:1 Expert Mentorship
24 Hours Notice
Full refund or one-time free rescheduling if cancelled 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
German Language Courses
7 Days Window
Eligible for refund within 7 days of batch start date, minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds after the first week of classes.
Visa & Placement Services
Milestone Based
Consultancy fees are tied to service milestones. Detailed breakdown is provided in your service agreement upon signup.
How to request a refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@abroadleapglobal.com with your Transaction ID (provided by Razorpay) and the reason for cancellation. Our team will review the request based on the eligibility criteria above.
Processing Timeline
Once approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from both AbroadLeap and Razorpay once the transaction is initiated.
Non-Refundable Items
- Government fees, Embassy fees, and Apostille charges once paid to the respective authorities.
- Administrative or processing fees associated with bank transfers.
- Course materials or digital downloads that have already been accessed.
