Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. These terms govern your use of AbroadLeap Global services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using www.abroadleapglobal.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
AbroadLeap Global Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional consultancy and educational services including but not limited to:
- German Language Coaching
- 1-on-1 Expert Mentorship
- Ausbildung Placement
- University Admissions Assistance
- Visa Documentation Support
3. Payments & Billing
All payments for mentorship sessions, courses, and premium services are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
- You agree to provide valid credit/debit card or UPI information.
- AbroadLeap Global does not store your full card details; all financial data is handled by Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant servers.
- Service will be initiated only after successful payment confirmation from our gateway.
4. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
For 1-on-1 Mentorship Sessions: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
For Language Courses: Enrollment fees are refundable within 7 days of the course start date, subject to a 10% administrative deduction. After 7 days, no refunds will be processed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.
5. User Conduct & Obligations
Users are expected to provide accurate information during registration and application processes. Misrepresentation of academic records or identity will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
